Q: I can’t see the video.
A: If the video is not playing on your device, please ensure you are not using the Firefox browser, and try using Google Chrome, Safari or Microsoft Edge. Exit out of Firefox, relaunch another browser, and visit https://jhu.edu/convocation again.
Q: I still can’t see the video.
A: Make sure you have enabled Adobe Flash Player in your browser. Follow these instructions for enabling Flash in Chrome, Safari or Edge. Then, please exit your browser and restart it. If video or audio problems persist, an archived version of the ceremony will be available for later viewing.
Q: I can see the video but I can’t hear the audio.
A: If you are seeing video but not hearing audio, please check to be sure the sound is not muted in the video player. The sound setting is in the lower left corner of the player.
