Telix mana’o is a one-off event bringing together all Telix employees in one location both in-person and virtually. It will be a unique and memorable occasion to plan and build a foundation for the future – a program to connect, collaborate and create.
The goals of the event are:
Understand and share a common vision for the next three years;
Have the opportunity to get to know our global colleagues and workshop the issues and opportunities, to create tangible outcomes we can take back home;
Acknowledge our successes and identify and address some key challenges we are facing;
Inspire and motivate at a critical juncture in Telix’s development
Define and direct the culture and behaviours for ongoing success.
The meaning of mana’o
In Hawaiian, the word mana’o means to think deeply, to concentrate, to reflect, to gain insight. It is also a practice that is applied across corporate and community settings in Hawaii, to stop, listen and learn and create an empathetic understanding from all perspectives.
It’s fitting for this event, which will be a great opportunity to get to know our global counterparts better, provide inspiration and a vision for our future and create a foundation for stronger collaboration and shared success.
