Lane Cove is a suburb on the lower North Shore of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

It is located 9 kilometres north-west of the Sydney central business district and occupies a peninsula on the northern side of Port Jackson (Sydney Harbour), at the opening of the Lane Cove River.
