The Media Hub is a multi-purpose studio located on the Durham College north campus operated by the Durham College Student Association. We are dedicated to providing hands-on experience and professional development opportunities for students interested in pursuing careers in media, broadcasting & entertainment.
Our media studio features the latest technology and broadcasting equipment, making it the perfect space for students to create high-quality video content. Our studio is equipped with professional lighting, cameras, audio equipment and broadcasting software, allowing students to produce and broadcast live podcasts, news segments, and much more.

Riot Radio offers Durham College student members the opportunity to apply for various volunteer positions. Volunteers receive training and support to create diverse programming.
Every position at Riot Radio provides you with new experiences, the ability to meet like-minded students and uncover your passion for broadcasting. Each position involves a different level of commitment based on what you are interested in and your availability. Students can select their ideal role at Riot Radio by choosing the position that will allow them to develop and build new skills in their area of interest. Riot Radio is made up of full-time professional staff who support volunteers every step of the way.
VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
