Create A Proposal
Proposals are typically used to submit a request for an institution purchase. The user builds a cart and creates a Proposal to send to a Purchaser. The Purchaser can convert the Proposal to an order.

Place An Order
Product selection, cart creation and cart conversion to an order.

Check an Order Status
The Order Status tool is used to view the status of an order or return.

Download an Invoice
Users can reprint a copy of their invoice.

Request a Return
The Return Request option is used to request an exception return for an institution order.
