As project professionals, we look at many different aspects of a project to lead to success. There are key areas where we lead discussions to build processes, policies, procedures, tasks and milestones. The discussions lead to a.comprehensive approach to a learning technology initiatives with a solid plan forward. As you move forward with your response to contingencies like the current COVID-19 epidemic, these are critical questions to answer and build your own response plans. The questions are geared for multiple types of contingencies although the current COVID-19 issues are front of mind. This is also designed for all of our education customers.
