EVMS complies with the Department of Education's Jeanne Clery Act and collects, maintains and publishes crime and safety information that is available to the public. The department publishes the Annual Security/Fire Safety Report. This report contains crime statistics for the campus community for a three-year running period and information about EVMS Police & Public Safety; EVMS emergency and security policies; crime reporting and prevention; sexual assault; fire safety at EVMS' campus housing, Hague Club Apartments; and other security/safety topics of concern to the EVMS community.
