Across SI, evaluation has become a topic of renewed interest. Many of us are revisiting foundational questions about the efficacy of our work and the need to measure and analyze it. Beyond visitor head counts, a proactive, data-driven evaluation plan can be a key part of adapting strategically to the new normal while staying connected to community constituents.
