The fifth session of the WB-FAO 3.0 Knowledge Exchange series explores how to address systemic inequalities and social inclusion in South Asia’s agrifood systems. With practical examples from Bangladesh, India and Nepal, the 3-video playlist offers actionable solutions on how to include vulnerable and marginalized groups such as Indigenous Peoples or reduce gender inequalities in agrifood systems to better tackle the interrelated challenges of food insecurity, malnutrition, and climate change.
The video was created as part of the third edition of the World Bank - FAO Knowledge Exchange series on the nexus of food systems, nutrition, and climate change. The Series examines how policies and actions on the ground can make agrifood systems more efficient, inclusive, resilient, and sustainable, enabling healthy diets and better nutrition while tackling climate change and biodiversity loss.
